Rib Roast (Prime Rib)

Cooking Time:

200 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic finely chopped

  • 2 sprigs worth rosemary leaves finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon (15g) whole grain mustard

  • 3.5 tablespoons (50ml) olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Put in herb base in pan and rub on meat

  2. Bake at 250 until internally 118 (about 15 per pound)

  3. Rest for 0.5-1.5 hrs

  4. Bake at 500 for 10-15 min
